Combining sociology, interaction design, and a background in visual art and design, I bring an interdisciplinary perspective to creative problem-solving. I recently earned my Master of Design in Interaction Design from ArtCenter College of Design, where my projects focused on making complex systems more supportive and accessible. Following graduation, I was awarded a post-graduate fellowship at ArtCenter to continue developing PathBuilder, a mobile app that helps community college students navigate academic pathways. My design work explores how digital resources can help people navigate challenges and create more meaningful connections.
Beyond my academic and fellowship work, I maintain a creative practice in photography and visual storytelling. Exploring different mediums keeps my process experimental and playful, while also inspiring the ideas I bring into design projects.
In my free time, I also love:
-
Reading
-
Being around animals of all kinds
-
Playing games
-
Going for walks
I’m currently freelancing as a designer while serving as a post-graduate fellow.
